We walk only one household at a time, and we pair your pup with a consistent walker for pre-set recurring walks. Our walks are tailored to your pup’s specific needs! Each member of our team is thoroughly vetted, bonded and insured, and extensively trained in dog care and behavior. Our managers are on duty to support our walkers during all visits. You can trust that your pup is in excellent hands!

Recurring Schedule and Packages

  • Prices listed above are for 30 minute visits.

Keys

  • To begin working with Chicago Pet Sitters, we require two working sets of keys, which are uniquely coded and kept secured in our office. Prior to your first reservation, a team member will pick your keys up at no cost to you.
  • Should two sets not be available, a lockbox with one full, working set must be kept at your residence.
  • Key Concierge: For a small fee, we can have a team member pick up two sets of keys prior to your reservation and drop the keys off to you after your reservation.
  • Complimentary key return for discontinued service.

Fees

Additional fees include:

  • $5 per additional pet per visit
  • $7 per Saturday or Sunday visit
  • $15 per visit on Chicago Pet Sitters holiday date (recurring walks cancelled on these dates)

Late Requests and Cancellations

  • Cancel up to 4pm day prior with no charge
  • Late cancellations incur full visit charge
  • Request up to 1pm day prior for all Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday visits. Request up to 1pm Thursday for all Saturday, Sunday, or Monday visits.
  • Late requests incur $25/visit late request fee

Further Client Details

  • *Dedicated walker pairing with 3 or more pre-set recurring walks per week. When your primary walker has time off, another member of our team will be scheduled.
  • All clients have access to a personalized portal for scheduling, cancelling, payments and providing our staff with the most up-to-date information about your pet.
  • We have a dedicated office staff available to assist you.
  • You can expect a notification when we arrive along with a daily report letting you know potty details, notes about the walk, time and duration of our visit and frame-worthy photos of your pup(s).
  • All Chicago Pet Sitters dog walkers are fully vetted and trained in positive reinforcement methods and techniques.
