10/4/2022: Our sitters, Steve H. and Josiah L. did a great job taking care of my 18 year old cat, Tommy, while we were out of town for a week. I received detailed updates and lots of photos after every visit. They were happy to fulfill some weirder requests like turning on my cat’s favorite youtube channel as well lol. Tommy seemed in very good spirits when we returned, not at all freaked out or anxious or bummed out, so our sitters definitely provided him with enough company and attention. Their services provided me with peace of mind both for my cat’s well being, and also knowing that someone was going to be in my apartment twice a day made me feel safer as well.

10/3/2022: Hands down the best pet sitting service I’ve ever used. Very thorough and responsive, we feel so comfortable leaving our cat in their care. All of the sitters we’ve worked with have been great, but Cathy’s attention to detail and understanding of cats (our boi is a little prickly) is especially noteworthy. Marcus (the director of operations) has also been amazing- earlier this year he helped us set up some very last minute cat visits over a holiday weekend so I could attend my grandmother’s memorial service and it made the whole situation much less stressful.

9/6/2022: I contacted Chicago Pet Sitters to check on my cat over Labor Day weekend and had an overall amazing experience with them. On-boarding was quick and easy, and the Time to Pet app served as a simple one-stop shop for communication and payment. Tiffany sent a very detailed report after each cat visit and was great about refilling water bowls, feeding, leaving out treats, and being patient with my very skittish cat. I’m thrilled with her services and highly recommend Chicago Pet Sitters!

8/30/2022: Never a worry when Chicago Pet Sitters is on the job. Sitter Gimo M. was wonderful with regular updates and pictures and most importantly plenty of care and affection for my 2 cats.

8/29/2022: Chicago Pet Sitters has consistently taken amazing care of our cats! They are awesome. Most recently, we’ve had Tiffany who always provides amazing updates and photos of our pets while we are away.

8/23/2022: I’ve been using Chicago Pet Sitters for 2 years now and have never had a negative experience – They have always been accommodating, helpful, and thorough. My sitter, Gimo, was wonderful and went above and beyond for my cats during my most recent time away – they allowed my younger cat to climb on their back and shoulders and cleaned up a mess that my other cat unfortunately left in the bathtub. I highly recommend CPS – there is not another service that I trust more!

8/2/2022: We had Tiffany K, Katrina W, and Nikolas B care for our cats over several days while we were away. They are SPECTACULAR care takers! Detailed daily updates with photos promote a sense of trust and well being. In a daily 40 minute visit they included feeding, cleaning, affection and playtime; they even watered our plants! We are completely satisfied and highly recommend this service. Thank you!

“7/30/2022: Our 5 month old Corgi puppy, Leia, absolutely adores her dog sitter and best friend, Darcy C, with Chicago Pet Sitters. She takes amazing care of our galactic princess when we are at work. She checks in on Leia twice daily for about 15 to 20 minutes when we’re in the office 3 days a week. We have the Puppy Package, which allows us to work a full day in the office without having to worry about Leia’s little bladder and potential boredom. Thanks to Darcy’s help, Leia has been fully potty trained since about 4 months old. Darcy always sends the most adorable messages and multiple photos with each visit. Below are some examples of the daily photos we receive.
When they’re not in training to save the galaxy, Leia is getting lots of love and head scritches from Miss Darcy while lounging in the sun. Needless to say, Leia is a big fan and so are we! Thanks Darcy and Chicago Pet Sitters!”

8/2/2022: I was nervous about having a pet sitter come into my home while I was out of town, but I am so grateful for Chicago Pet Sitters. I ended up needing someone to watch my cat when I went away for a holiday on short notice. While Chicago Pet Sitters were the most expensive option, they were the only company that I reached out to that worked with me to fit me into their schedules. I wasn’t sure if I would stay with them after this visit due to the higher costs, but their service makes me feel so at ease while I’m away that the few extra dollars are completely worth it. Tiffany K. has been so great – she leaves me detailed messages after her visits and sends many pictures. It’s great to see the pictures while I’m away. Everyone that I have interacted with in the company has been friendly and helpful. Very impressed with services and definitely recommend.
