Chicago Pet Sitters has been recognized as one of the nation’s top local businesses. Released May 1, Yelp’s list of the top 100 local businesses in the United States features just ten businesses in the pet care category. Chicago Pet Sitters is the only pet care provider from Illinois in the list.
“We feel ecstatic to be among just 100 other local businesses nationwide selected by Yelp for this honor, and to represent all of Chicago and Illinois,” commented Chicago Pet Sitters’ CEO Dan Moranville, who joined the team in 2018. The pet care company has a long history of high quality reviews, pointing to the high standards of care and premium service. “We want to provide the absolute best pet care possible for our more than 800 clients here in Chicago. We take pride in all the little details that make the difference for our clients. All our care is tailored specifically to each pet’s needs and personality,” Dan said.
Dan credits the team of pet-loving professionals for this recognition. Chicago Pet Sitters’ staff were excited to hear the news Wednesday that they are among the best pet care providers in the nation.
“Very proud to work for CPS,” said Cathy, a pet care specialist at Chicago Pet Sitters for more than six years.
“We are so fantastically supported by admin. It makes it easy to do our best work!!” commented Julie, who joined the team in 2023.
Dylan, a pet care specialist since 2019 and trainer for new staff, said, “Couldn’t be more deserved! This company is an absolute gem of a place to work, with leadership you can always rely on and fellow pet care specialists and enthusiasts taking care of all the fuzzy friends this city has to offer! Chicago Sun-Times noted the accomplishment, featuring Chicago Pet Sitters prominently in an article about the four companies from Chicago that made Yelp’s list.
