Dan has been working with Chicago Pet Sitters for two years, and when he is not walking dogs, he is teaching and practicing jujitsu and yoga.

Anything neon.

Prosciutto or pork belly.

Kombucha.
What is your favorite movie?
“In the Loop”
What is your favorite breed of dog and why?
Irish setter because my wolf is the best!
Where did you live before Chicago and what brought you to the city?
I was born ‘n bred here.
What is one of your favorite things about the city?
The food.
Your favorite hangout spot / restaurant in the city?
Chicago Bagel Authority or Plum Market.
What is something about you that might surprise people when they find out?
I used to have my head buzzed to a 1.
When you aren’t walking dogs or visiting with cats, how do you like to spend your time?
Jiu jitsu, biking, yoga.
What is your favorite thing about being a dog walker with Chicago Pet Sitters?
I honestly like the variability and challenge of the weather, keeps things real. Dana is also a great boss, she’s very honest.
What is one of the oddest thing you find yourself saying to the dogs you walk?
I sometimes ask them if they looked when crossing the alley. 🙂
What do you think is your best quality as a dog walker?
I’m just good with dogs.
What is something you strive to accomplish while with your dog clients?
To be dependable.
