My boyfriend and I used Chicago Pet Sitters to check on our two cats when we went out of town for a long weekend, and the sitter who was assigned to us was so great! We really felt like our cats were in good hands. The updates and photos were so hilarious and heartwarming; we really started to look forward to them. Plus, everything was so clean when we came back home. The cats’ dishes had been rinsed and put in the dishwasher, empty cans were put in the recycling, brushes that had been used had been de-furred. We will absolutely continue using Chicago Pet Sitters for future trips and would/will recommend the company to anyone in need of their services.

I can’t say enough great things about Chicago Pet Sitters! We’ve had to leave town a number of times and were worried about leaving our two cats behind – both of whom need daily medications. Thanks to this great team, they were able to medicate our cats, feed them, play with them, and bring in our mail to boot. We receive a daily email after each visit complete with notes on each of our girls as well as photos. Truly makes being away that much easier! Responses are fast and the team really does care about your pets. When we have to be away, I am assured the best care will be taken with Chicago Pet Sitters there to help. We use Chicago Pet Sitters every time we leave town. The pet sitters take amazing care of our cats, and provide us detailed summaries of how our cats are doing with amazing photos. It makes us feel so confident our cats are in good hands and the photos wind up being one of the highlights of the day!

CPS is wonderful with all aspects of their business, from communication to the walkers. Kyle was so patient and wonderful with my 13-year old dog and after we moved, we got another walker, Michael, who was also great! When my sweet pup passed over the rainbow bridge, Chicago Pet Sitters sent me a really thoughtful card signed by everyone. It really meant a lot and I highly recommend them!

It was such a relief to find a good pet sitting service for our cat! We could tell right away what a difference the sitter’s visits made, and we have also been able to tell from her thorough visit notes and photos that she understands how to take care of our cat. She actually even recommended to us the toy that is now our cat’s favorite! I have a reactive dog on leash and I was scared to hire a dog walking company because I wasn’t sure if they would be experienced enough. After meeting with my walker and discussing my dog I was confident she would be safe. I have had a few walkers due to my crazy schedule and they all have been amazing with my pup. I can tell how much they love their job and being around dogs. I also love the app that they use for communication. Daily pictures and updates about their walk and easy scheduling makes everything worry free.

The absolute best and most caring staff. They’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate us and our pup Kali over the past 2+ years. Chris is the most amazing dog walker in the world and I’m pretty sure Kali secretly loves him more than she loves us. Couldn’t recommend them more!

We love Chicago Pet Sitters!!!! We are so comfortable having her dog walker come in everyday to let our Lucy out. He leaves the best descriptions of the visit and cute photos of our Lucy. The app is super easy to work and they we’ve literally never had an issue with having him come see her and take her out. He’s been with her since she was a puppy and I wouldn’t trust her with any other dog walker company.
